Attempts to clone a human
A human has never been artifically cloned. This is due to the large number of cons associated with reproductive cloning. Many countries have bans on people attempting to clone a human. Most countries have large groups of religous people who oppose reproductive cloning because they consider it ethically wrong. Many countries do allow scientists to research and attempt, therapeutic cloning. Scientists have made great advances in the techniques used in therapeutic cloning. They have managed to clone many organs. One American scientist has been the closest scientist to ever clone a human. His name is Zavos.
